Kazahana is an invite-only zine centered around the Winter AU and all its cozy aesthetics as characters traverse through a wintery landscape with their trusty ram and fierce wolf.We will be following our flash zine concept on social media platforms starting now.

What's a Flash Zine?

A flash zine will have no interest check phase, no applications, and no social media presence until necessary. We won’t be active on social media until we are ready for sales to begin! Much like a “flash mob” or a “big bang,” we plan to take the fandom by storm by only releasing information about contributors, sales, previews, and updates of the production and shipping periods.

Zine Specifications

We have created a for-profit, SFW A5 physical zine with an optional digital add-on called Fubuki! We invited 6 writers, 16 page artists, and 5 merch artists. All participants are 18+.

What is a Zine?Zines are small-circulation fanmade magazines published by small groups of content creators. They can be either physical or digital, and sometimes include themed merchandise bundles for purchase.Will there be any application process?No. We are an invite-only zine.Can Minors participate?No. All Moderators and Contributors are 18 years of age or older.Is Frosty Wayfarers (The Plushie Bundle) a Limited Quantity?No. Frosty Wayfarers does not have a limited quantity and will be available during the entire Pre-Order period. However, they are limited to 1 Plushie Bundle (Kacchan and Deku) purchase per 1 Physical Bundle purchase.Will the Zine be shipped internationally?Yes. However, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom fees, shipping fees, etc. that may be incurred upon arrival to certain countries. These are not the responsibility of Kazahana. If you are unsure of your country's shipping limitations, please contact your local postal service for more information.If the buyer refuses to pay the aforementioned fees, the Kazahana Zine Team will not offer full refunds or replacement packages.Please Note: Kazahana will not be able to ship to Ukraine and Russia. By purchasing Kazahana and any of its offered products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:🐺🐏 SHIPPING DETAILS:
1. Shipping rates are based in the US. Estimated time of arrival will depend on the US postal service, as well as your local postal regulations and restrictions. The Kazahana Zine Team is not responsible for delays in delivery after products have been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent to the buyers.2. If the buyer's shipping address changes at any time before products have been shipped, please contact the Kazahana Zine Team immediately. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out to Kazahana so we may better assist you.3. International orders may not receive a full tracking number. You may receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped, as well as a confirmation upon delivery. However, there may be no updates between those notifications, so please check your mail frequently for delivery.4. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. As such, an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.5. All Kazahana items will be shipped between 5-6 months after the initial ordering phase.6. No Kazahana PDF and/or digital content will be distributed until after the last shipment of the Kazahana zine has been released. This ensures all consumers of Kazahana will receive their purchases around the same time.🐺🐏 PRODUCT DELIVERY DETAILS:
1. If you encounter issues when downloading your digital Kazahana PDF files, please notify the Kazahana Zine Team immediately, and we will do what we can to assist you.2. Updates regarding production, packaging, and shipping phases will be posted on the zine’s Twitter account. Please follow the account to remain up-to-date on the latest information.3. An update announcing Kazahana's completion will be posted on the zine's Twitter account. If you have yet to receive your copy after 14 days, please email the zine account at: [email protected], DM us on Twitter, or contact one of the moderators directly.4. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out to Kazahana so we may better assist you. More information may be needed at the time of contact and will be expressed as such during communications.🐺🐏 ZINE PACKAGING:
1. All Kazahana products will be inspected and separated into Grades: A, B, and C, depending on any defects before being shipped out. Only Grade A products will be shipped for any order placed during the initial ordering phase.2. All physical products will be shipped out in a secure manner to ensure safe delivery.🐺🐏 MERCH GRADE QUALITY:
1. A-Grade Items: A-Grade Items were determined to have no noticeable defects during the quality check phase.2. B-Grade Items: B-Grade Items may have slight damages that may not be immediately noticeable including but not limited to wear and tear, mildly scratched surfaces, misprints, color defects, etc.3. C-Grade Items: C-Grade Items have very noticeable damages including but not limited to wear and tear, cracks, chipped sides, ripped edges, scratched surfaces, color defects, misprints, etc.🐺🐏 REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:
1. Replacement packages will not be guaranteed. Supply is ordered according to immediate demand. The most the Kazahana Zine Team may offer is a partial refund on your purchase depending on the circumstance.2. In the event a product arrives damaged, damaged products must be returned before replacement products can be supplemented.3. We will not offer refunds for the following:
• Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or point of delivery.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
• Buyer changes their shipping address and neglects to inform the Kazahana Zine Team before shipments have begun.🐺🐏 FEES AND LIABILITIES:
1. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom fees, shipping fees, etc.2.
